Meditation and its effects

Meditation What is Meditation :-   In simple language, Meditation means focus – focus on one particular or specific thing.  It could be anything, listening to music or working on something but it's just that there should be a focus on one particular activity. One can start by closing the eyes with gently breathing (Inhaling and exhaling) and focusing between the eyebrows. We should try to stop the activities going on in the mind and body. When we focus, our brain stops doing its work and stops processing the information as actively as it normally does.  Meditation reduces the flow of incoming information coming in the brain on and off.  There are 3 types of lobes in our brain.  1- Frontal lobe  2- Parietal lobe  3- Occipital lobe  Frontal lobe :- This lobe is responsible for emotions, planning, memory, judgments, acts as a control panel.
