𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟"

So we will start the study of Asanas and transform our body depths. 

The three basic Standing Yoga asana poses:- 
Also Called Warrior poses (Virabhadrasana

Warrior means fighter. 
So let’s fight with the enemies of our body, mind and soul. 
Let's go for freedom of all the aches, anxiety, pains and discomfort. 
All of these Warrior poses are high strength-giving asanas, highly energetic asanas. 

They help you to start a very good day with a lot of enthusiasm and confidence. All Warrior poses should be done at the start of the day. 
Just after waking up. One can easily benefit from these simple energetic yoga asanas. 

So let’s begin. 

1. Warrior pose 1 (Virabhadrasana 1):-
Warrior pose 1 is an energizing pose that helps in the blood circulation of the body. 
  • It improves the respiratory system while circulating blood. 
  • It stretches the legs, shoulders, neck, belly, groins, ankles and opens the hip flexors. 
  • It Improves focus, balance, stability and concentration in the self. Energizes the entire body.


2. Warrior pose 2 (Virabhadrasana 2) :-

Warrior pose 2 is also an energizing pose that enhances strength, stability and concentration. 

  • It improves physical and mental endurance. 
  • Its ability is to stretch your upper legs and ankles while also expanding your chest and shoulders and makes it an essential foundational pose for most asana-based yoga.
  • It is a strong pose, it also requires balance and steadiness. 
  • It stretches the inner thighs, groin, and chest. It also strengthens the legs, abs, and arms.


3. Warrior pose 3 (Virabhadrasana 3):-

Warrior pose 3 is an intermediate balancing pose in yoga. This is one of the dynamic standing posture that creates stability throughout your entire body. 

  • It strengthens the whole backside of the body, including the shoulders, hamstrings, calves, ankles, and back. 
  • It also tones and strengthens the abdominal muscles. 
  • Warrior 3 improves balance, posture and full-body concentration.
